What an awesome weekend with the incredible volunteer staff who give their time, expertise and passion to making Youth Encounter possible. The hours from our 40+ volunteers equals to 3 full time staff hours which is an incredible gift to the organisation so we wanted to give something back to these wonderful people.
Supreme Gofer Award
We love to celebrate our volunteers with some friendly banter to have their name engraved on The Supreme Gofer Award. This year Mark O’Halloran took out the award with top points from multiple challenges over the weekend.

A huge thanks to Mike and Kiri Clark from Think Right Ltd - Success Mindset Training for NZ Businesses for hanging out with us and inspiring us with our mindsets of working together as a team towards the bigger picture. What an awesome time it was to connect and learn together as a team. We are so blessed at Encounter to have such a powerful team of leaders and influencers who are willing to put their hands up in support and give of their time and expertise to make the organisations goals possible. We believe every person has an incredible God-given potential that is waiting to be encountered and we know there is more to life for every person out there
